John Graham is founder of Greyfriars group. He has specialised in international taxation for over 30 years and advices clients ranging from large multinationals and banks to medium-sized businesses and international executives.
John Graham is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB), a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants and a Chartered Accountant. He speaks regularly at international courses and seminars and publishes on tax matters in Dutch and International journals. He is the former Chairman of International Tax Committee of one of the 10 largest accounting networks. He is also, a board member of the Transnational Taxation Network (TTN) and a founding member of the International Specialist Group (ITSG). Besides his work John Graham is a board member of one of the oldest rowing clubs in the Netherlands.
Nedthesh Sarma is the Chief Commercial Officer of Greyfriars Group. Nedthesh is a forensic accountant and supply chain management specialist. Nedthesh has several experiences in guiding and assisting Corporate with their International investments and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Greyfriars family, Nedthesh Sarma was Managing Director of SGG India and Global of Indian operations at SGG Group. Hereby he was involved with several large transactions (Hindalco-Novellis acquisition, Bajaj-KTM acquisition). Nedthesh has made several publications with respect to international investments for Indian corporate. Nedthesh is on the advisory board of the USIIF (US Indian Investment Forum).
Ibrahim Boyali is Chief Financial Officer of Greyfriars Group. Ibrahim is a finance and accounting specialist and has degrees in economics and accounting. Has many experience with dealing with cross border transactions and financial aspects.
Prior to joining Greyfriars Family, Ibrahim Boyali was associated with Vistra Group as senior account manager and was also leading the Turkey and Russia team. Ibrahim is expert in providing interim management services to start ups and acquisition assistance in several transactions.
Peter B.G. Bronkhorst is Chief Operating Officer od Greyfriars Group. Peter is a licensed trust director with over twenty years of practical experience as: corporate lawyer, real estate investment and development -with knowledge of spatial planning, personal directorship for various listed and private companies. Within Greyfriars, Peter heads the internal organization & compliance monitoring teams. Prior to joining Greyfriars Family Peter was associated with ABNAMRO-MeesPierson private bank as direct real estate & fund manager / broker, German large DIY enterprises Hornbach & Marktkauf, in the field of accounting & litigation and as team director with a fiduciary company+B8.
